Single report: Annual report concerning disclosure of the social activity of the company. The regulations of the Labour Code has created a unique obligation, employers’, annual reporting on the social activity of the company, content and timing of regulated presentation, however, the Decree No. 55/2010 of 21 January . This annual information gathers information so far dispersed concerning: ?? staff; ?? the quarterly reporting of celebration and termination of employment contracts the term; ?? the biannual list of workers who worked overtime; the report of continuing vocational training; ?? the annual report of the activities of security and health services; ?? social balance; ?? strikes. The Annual Statement also includes information on service providers.
