The digital counter can be accessed from a computer, tablet, or smartphone. To use the e-Clic, one simply needs access to Social Security Direct (SSD). This new channel reinforces the rights of citizens and businesses, ensuring a simpler, faster, dematerialized, and more proximate communication.
